A native New Englander as far back as the Mayflower (but not as old), Bill Crocker embraces the Maine and New England expressions of life. The varied seasons, from the sparkling blue waters of summer to the amusing colors of fall, the quiet elegance of winter to the stimulating birth of spring ….. this is life on the rocky coast of Maine. Bill's New England roots run deep. Grandson of fabled yankee yacht designer S S Crocker, who designed and over-saw his yacht construction in both Manchester By The Sea, Massachusetts and Damariscotta, Maine, Bill Crocker understands the true yankee grain where honesty and hard work make for great success. He will work hard to locate a property that will provide the perfect Maine experience for you, whether it be a Maine coastal estate or cottage, Maine ocean front land, lake front cottage, village town homes, condos, commercial properties, multi family and stand alone homes or land to build or invest. If you are looking for a smart new contemporary, mid 19th century Victorian or federal style saltbox, Bill will help you find what fits your needs. If you desire to sell a property, his extensive marketing and advertising expertise, combined with qualified real estate experience, will ease your property to a sale. Your buying or selling experience will be carefree and enjoyable. It doesn't need to be a stressful event.

An accomplished artist, Bill paints in watercolor and ink. His subject is architecture and landscapes and, of course, yachts. He cherishes all forms of architecture, from the earliest center chimney capes to smart bold contemporaries. Bill also enjoys entertaining, cooking and walking about the midcoast, but mostly he enjoys being with people. He is known for serving fine dinners in his 18th century home, in front of one of the many roaring fireplaces.
Bill Crocker is devoted to real estate. He is President of The Lincoln County Board of Realtors. In 2012, he was named Realtor of the Year and serves on the Board of Directors at The Maine Association of Realtors. He is doing his part for preserving local history as vice president of The Damariscotta Historical Society. Bill is also a member of Historic New England, previously known as SPNEA, and a member of The National Historic Trust. Located in the heart of the midcoast of Maine Bill services; Jefferson, Damariscotta, Newcastle, Bristol, South Bristol, Bremen, Nobleboro, Edgecomb, Alna, Boothbay & Boothbay Harbor, Southport, Wiscasset, Westport and Waldoboro.
